Set Up Without Agreement or Signature, Told Contract Applies

My wife and I just moved into our house. We called and had DirecTV set us up. They did this without ever having us do the verbal agreement where you answer yes 100 times on the phone, and we did not sign anything, but we are told we are in a contract. We told them Dish has so many good deals, but all they offered in response was free movie channels. What a crock.
