I was stupid enough to pace an order with legalbuds.com, it was only a small amount of cash, but mine nonetheless. I was sent a copy of the receipt of payment to my inbox, telling me to wait 2-6 weeks (depending on my countries customs) for my order to arrive. I was a little suspicious as Global Life didn't sound anything like what I thought the parent company would have been called. I sent them an e-mail to [email protected] that very day. No reply. I left it for a few days. No reply. I decided to ring the telephone number provided on legalbuds.com, and got through to a dodgy sounding, very unprofessional voice message asking me to either ring back during office hours (it was 3pm their time), or to e-mail them at the address that they would seem to never check! So I left it for another couple of days. No word from them. Sent a rather irate e-mail this time. NO REPLY!!!
Genius struck me today! I asked one of my friends to send an e-mail to the same address as I had, asking what the maximum sized order he could place was. No more than two hours later he received a reply from BOB, who apparently works in CUSTOMER SUPPORT (thats a laugh) with herbalsmokeshop.com. And this is what BOB had to say:

Each international order that is placed is guaranteed to ship out of the USA within 2BUSINESS days. We are unable to provide tracking on orders that do not exceed $100.00.
If by any chance, which i highly doubt, you do not receive your purchase within the delivery time frame, which is provided above, please contact us via email and we will have UPS put a tracer on your package.

So there you have it readers! As I've said they'll gladly take your money, but try get in touch with them to find out where your order is and you're in for a tough time! I'm also having trouble with the fact that they are being allowed to operate at all! It would seem that there have been many formal and informal complaints lodged against this company in the past several years, if they were based here in Ireland they would have been shut down, fined, and possibly even sent to prison for a stint. Is this commonplace in the States? Shame on your legislators if it is usual. Please do keep an eye on this report too, because I have no doubt at all that someone from the so-called SUPPORT TEAM will reply with some half-arsed story about customs, or international delivery times, or the dog ate it, DON'T BELIEVE A WORD OF IT FOLKS!
The bottom line is STAY CLEAR OF THESE FRAUDSTERS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IN A HEARTBEAT, and I really hope I meet you some day BOB or DEREK or whatever name you will go by in the future... Cos the way I feel about you at the moment I'll RIP OFF YOUR - !
