Poor Customer Service, No Delivery

This isn't going to be a longwinded rant. I just want to do what so many others have on this site and get the word out that these people are unreliable.

I ordered a sampler pack from them, with expedited shipping since I'm moving soon and wanted to get my product prior to doing so. That was over a month ago. They claimed they'd ship within 48 hours, and I had opted for the 2-day delivery.

I did receive a tracking number from UPS via email the same day as my order, and thought things were moving along nicely. However, the next day I clicked on it and it still said 'billing information has been received." Three days later it still said the same thing. I replied to the email where I'd gotten my order confirmation. It took three emails in three days before I got a response, telling me they had forwarded my email to the customer service department. Customer service replied two days later saying they needed my order number, not my receipt number. I told them all they GAVE me was a receipt number, and they never replied.

Poor communication, and never got the package. The end.
