I came across legalbuds.com while browsing smokeshops online one day last week and placed a small order for a sampler pack they claimed to ship out orders within 2 days of payment and had several so called repeat customer testimonials saying things like "wow i got my order in 2 days im so pleased blah blah blah" the day after placing my order i got an e-mail from UPS saying they had recieved billing/shipping info and that my package would arrive today 11/09/09 however I kept going back to legalbuds.com and entering my tracking # only to be taken to the UPS site and seeing the same status over and over day after day billing/shipping info has been recieved but as of yet UPS still does NOT have the package I called the NJ number that "Global life enhancements" included in the confirmation E-mail they sent me the day i placed my order (11/02/09) and got a machine that "will not record" so i went onto the website again and found 1-866-herbs-4u and called it around 10am cst. To my surprise a person answered and i asked him why i couldnt talk to a person about the order i had already placed he said what can i help you with i went on to explain to him that i had ordered online with a CC on monday 11/02/09 (keep in mind this is friday 11/06/09 when i finally speak to someone) and i knew they got payment on tuesday and i got my UPS tracking # that day as well but they guarantee orders will ship within 2 days of payment so my order should have been in the hands of UPS by thursday 11/05/09 he (Brain Petruzzi) told me some bullsh*t a*s story that the reason my order hadnt shipped out yet was because they were missing one of the samples and were waiting for it to arrive the week before but the person who placed the order for him messed up and left off 1 number on the CC they used so they didnt get it and had to reorder but it would definately be there that day my order would be shipped out by 3pm well by 3:30 pm CST. UPS still had not taken possesion of the package so i called again and yes the exact same guy answered the phone i asked why UPS still didnt have it when he had already told me they would have it by 3pm and it was after 3pm where i am he went on to say that the missing sample had come in and all the late orders were by the backdoor waiting for pickup and it was "only" 4:30 pm there i said ok left it at that and hung up saturday morning i attempted to track my package yeat again and no surprise UPS STILL DID NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE but you cant get Brian to answer the phone on the weekend go figure. I called yet AGAIN this morning and AGAIN the only person on phones seems to be Brian who now feeds me another bullshit story that there was a problem in the shipping department and they only got half the late orders shipped out on friday and mine is there waiting to be picked up today (likely story) I then started browsing the internet again and found smokeshop.com boasting a lot of the same products but cheaper prices and cheaper shipping so i clicked on the testimonials which they claim to just "copy and paste from repeat customers e-mails" lo and behold they are the EXACT SAME testimonials from legalbuds.com with different names i go to find out the address and phone number (sarcastic BIG SURPRISE) to see the EXACT SAME company name, address and phn # as legalbuds.com then i stumble accross another site that reveals a lawsuit they won against Brain Petruzzi and his Global Life Enhancements franchise for marketing and selling FAKE products CALLED BAGOSHAKE thats where they put in a tiny piece of bud and the rest is fake "already broken down ready to smoke" he had to sign a letter of acknowledgement and was ordered to pay $300,000 and reveal his other fraudulent websites: herbalsmoke.com monstersmokeshop.com happysmokeshop.com herbalsmokeshack.com im glad i didnt spend big money just a small piece of pocket change but bottom line DONT GET SCAMMED BY BRIAN PETRUZZI HE IS A CON ARTIST DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IF ITS FROM GLOBAL LIFE ENHANCEMENTS
