I now have three support "tickets" in with this company, and the first two they have never looked at (from a month ago). I can't get anyone on the phone, it's always "all our lines are busy...". I held on speaker for over 2 hours one day. No one ever picked up.
If you are thinking of getting this company to host your website, or register your website domain name, you better THINK AGAIN!
