On nov. 01 Matt Strang called me to discuss advertising for my web site. We talked for a long time and either because I wasn't feeling too good (I had a bug of some sort) or because he really sounded sincere and for real.in good faith I signed for the charge.
The next day all of a sudden I had major doubts and called the credit card company to see if I could cancel the transaction and they said I couldn't do anything until it posted to my account. Then I called the consulting company to see if I could cancel but I had to leave a message.
Shortly Donald Blood called me back and said I couldn't cancel and assured me everything would be all right etc. I asked him to send me a list of the search engines, the words in the ads etc. He said they would be mailed out to me but I never received anything. An analysis of my web site showed that nothing had been done to or for my web site.
I have called them several times but either I don't get an answer or else I get a message machine. I still call occasionally but with the same results. And my credit card company says there is nothing they can do.
