I purchased a copy of "Unreal tournament 3" for $50 and tried to download it from the direct2drive website. My internet connection would not allow me to download the game, despite numerous tries. So, I emailed the support center (which you have to be a member to reach) and got an automated reply. I responded again and received the same automated reply again. Clearly, they are hoping I will just forget about this. I will not. I don't have the luxury of forgetting about $50, and will pursue this as far as I need to.
