Gamefly Bad downloads-will not refund download price

Direct2drive, a sub-company (dba) Gamefly-have made legit purchases from them before, but this time I bought a game that did not download properly. When trying to use the game I recieve error messages "missing or broken pathways" and "file corrupted". I reported this to Direct2drive, who forewarded me to the game designer. The designer informed me that if my game was bad, every game in existance was bad, and they sold over 3 million copies of that game.

They said it was the download service (direct2drive) that had fouled up the download to me, not the manufacturer of the game. I BELIEVE THEM! When I forewarded this to direct2drive they got a little snippy and said it wasn't their fault. DIRECT2DRIVE may easily sell YOU a game with broken pathways and corrupted file too! They will not refund the price reguardless! You will be stuck with half a game that does not load. Beware people-you could be next! They spent countless man hours emailing me back, but will not refund the $19.99//how is that for business smarts?
