I ordered a digital download of one of their games and had trouble, lots of trouble downloading it. When it was clear to them I was not going to be able to download the game, they would not offer a re-fund of the $49 I paid. I spent hours online trying to get this game to download, only to have it fail every time. I asked them to send me a retail copy of the game and they refused. I was told that once you start the download you have bought it and there are no refunds. Nowhere on the website does it say this.
So beware! If you purchase a game from them and you can't download it or something goes wrong you are just S.O.L.!
