Netdetective.com is a ripoff. I was charged $29.95. I wanted to run a background search on a person, so i signed up. The background search came up with no information about the person. I also searched a number of my family members and found nothing. However i ran one on myself and pulled up ONLY the information i stated in the REGISTRATION process, proving that these people ONLY have background info on people they have RIPPED OFF!!! When i checked my email today i recieved an email from them stating the following: "Hello: We are not sure if you received our previous email, but this is our last attempt to contact you. We noticed that you did not complete your order for Net Detective, and we wanted to do everything we can to help. Is there any way we can help? Normally Net Detective is $29.00; however I have authorized my customer service team to approve a special price of $19.95 if you would still like to try Net Detective. There are two ways to complete your order for the discounted rate. To complete your order in 30 seconds or less, just visit our one-page, easy-to use order form." however, my bank statement reflected that my card had been charged $29.95 to Cyberspace To Paradise Inc. When i googled this company i found usacomplaints. Coms. So that is why i am filing a complaint. I thought that this website just didnt have the info i needed, however upon reading the other reports filed by other people i knew something had to be done. Thank you for your time.
