Unauthorized Billing (pun intended) - No 'Submit' button (just says 'Next" in online application for merchants services. We weren't READY to submit/hadn't decided on them yet

Our company was researching a merchant services outfit (for companies who need online credit card processing) and had been talking with Brad Diamond (sales, I presume) at Authorize.net as well as one of their resellers. One of our employees jumped the gun and started filling out Authorize.net's online application form without my knowledge. He said he wanted to save time and to also get more information. To get to the next page of the application, he would hit the 'Next' button. After several pages, when he hit the 'Next' button, it came back saying the application had been submitted! When I learned of this the next day, I immediately called Mr. Diamond and left a message on his voicemail to NOT process the application - that it was a mistake. I waited until the next day, but no callback. I certainly got immediate callbacks when he was still trying to sell me their services! I called and emailed him several times over the next few weeks, but there was no response. Next thing I know, we're getting billed $155.71 for setup fees. We went with their reseller (MerchantWarehouse.com which has been wonderful) instead, because they didn't have any setup fees and their percentage per sales was lower. I told all this to Mr. Diamond in my messages. So I'm using Authorize.net with MerchantWarehouse.com anyway (and paying my bills!). I called Authorize.net as soon as I received the first bill and explained the situation. They said someone would contact me; there's been no callbacks to any of my calls. Then I receive a Final Notice with threat of collection agency. I called again; no callback. Now my company is in collections with Landry & Jacobs out of Arizona, and they've already called. Not a nice experience. Don't use authorize.net for your merchant services; their fees are higher than their resellers and impossible to work with.
