On november 25th i placed an order with naxpmedia.net to order the third watch DVD set. On December 1st, the order status said shipped. I emailed them and asked what took so long and they told me they were changing shipping companies to UPS. I waited until almost christmas and still nothing showed up, i emailed them for about a week trying to get a response back.
Finally i get a response back from Jennifer Holdings saying they are having shipping problems going into Canada and that they would refund my money. So i told them i was dissapointed that i could not get this dvd from them but agreed on the refund, she told me on December 24th that i had been refunded and it would take 1-5 days to go to my account. Now it is January 4th, well over a week since i was told i was refunded and nothing has been refunded to my account, that was $50 of my money that they took from me and i never got the product or the refund and TERRIBLE customer service, extremely slow to get back to me if they do at all. I will be putting in a claim into my bank about this customer for fraud and theft if they do not respond to me by monday!
