Fraud, never shipped, rude, scam, jennifer holdings is a b

Naxpmedia was a gamble for me since there was no way to verify their claims. I ordered on October 17, and more than 2 months later (it is now December 19) I have received nothing.

They were incredibly rude after I got angry because I was receiving absolutely no information about my order. I had to rely on email information because contrary to what Jennifer Holdings claims I never received any confirmation number, and I was not able to sign into my account information after they switched to a new website, so there was no way I could look up anything about my order or account. They dodged questions, and fed me the same lines about switching mail carriers but only today were they suddenly able to find my account information after Jennifer Holdings so horribly dug through all kinds of information for a full 13 minutes to find it for me.

I told them over and over again that there was no way for me to find my order number so that they could "better assist me". Here are some lovely emails that I received from them over this two month hell.

or last name, did you place the order and register in your name or did

My last name L*N, Do not even try and bull* me like that. I placed my order on OCTOBER 17, and if you want to try and tell me that I never placed an order, I will send you the charge you placed on my checking account and you can refund me the money in full. Nice try though.

We do not appreciate you talking to us as if you were our mother, we are not bulls*ing you we have two L*s but not Katrina did you register under someone else, please send us your confirmation page so we can see your order # and refund you. We are going to we just want to make sure we are refunding the correct person.

Mary smith i will not tell you again i have no order number or confirmation email. I have a charge on my credit card from naxpmedia.com for the total of $47.98 so i know my order was processed. Refund my money. $47.98 or reship my order.

Boy Meets World and Wonder Years to:

I do not care if you cannot find my name in your records. Obviously I was there at one point if you charged me for my order. I have given you all the
information I can OVER AND OVER. Tell me something useful. Explain to me why my order never was reshipped. RESHIP MY ORDER OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

We cannot credit your card we have no order # and you should care we cannot find you in our system because this means you were never on our site. What payment method did you use, obviously credit card but which one? We cant send your order if we have no idea what you ordered this is why you should care that your not in our database.

This is ridiculous - Tell me why in the hell my order has never been reshipped, and either send my order to the new address, or give me my money back now.

Consider your company reported as a fraud.

After searching and searching this is your track # and you did recieve a confirmation email from us and
this is your order #, so from now on when you ask us about information regarding your order reference above order #.

As you can see, They are not helpful at all. Please tell me who I am supposed to contact about why my order has not been actually shipped when UPS got the billing information 2 weeks ago. Not to mention, why UPS was finally contacted on DECEMBER 5, by Naxpmedia and sent information about my order when I ordered OCTOBER 17, and was told my complimentary second set (for never receiving my first set) would be shipped on NOVEMBER 19. Obviously I was lied to over and over, and basically got in a yelling match with them.

Also tell me what other company talks to their customers in this way? - I do not care what I said to them, I have every right to be angry - It is their fault I cannot sign in on their website, It is their fault I never received a confirmation email, and it is their fault that I never received my order. They should be nothing but helpful if they are a true company.

It is funny how not helpful they were as soon as Todd Banks passed me (angry customer) off to either his superiors or people who would deal with me. He was able to bring up my account information quite easily by my email address when I asked him. It is funny how his superiors fought with me for a week before finally SEARCHING AND SEARCHING for it. Todd Banks is the one who told me my order whould be reshipped by priority mail on NOVEMBER 19th, and then MARY SMITH was the one who said I would get it in a "timely manner, before christmas" why don't I believe that? Maybe because christmas is less than a week away
