I was browsing the web looking for the deal of a lifetime so that I can provide the Christmas of a Lifetime for my family, I find this unbelieveable deal. Xbox 360 Pro bundle for $100.00 less than anyone else out there. I placed the order on Sat. Dec 15th. I had placed orders with other companies for different products the same day. One company sent an email stating that they were out of the product and wanted to know if I still wanted to keep the order active. While another company sent a shipping confirmation and on friday I recieved my order. I tried every day this week to contact JW to confiirm the order and inquire about shipping. I never once talked to a live person just an answering machine. When I called today Sat Dec 22 the answering machine would not take messages and the web site showed no product. This is when I began to feel uneasy. Fearing that my order would not arrive I began to enquire about this company. Much to my suprise the first site to pop up about JW is a fraud claim. My heart sank! I felt violated and cheated but more than that was the thought of the disapointed faces of my children on Christmas Day! Santa brought the games but didn't deliver the player. How could this be? Unlike Scrooge or even the Grinch I have no hope in a changed heart and a Miricle for this JW.
