I ordered a PC game called "Shogun 2" from this seller via Amazon.com on December 6th which was plenty of time to have had it for my son by Christmas. As it got closer to Christmas I began to worry because I had not received my order. That's when i was told that it was shipped without any tracking from the UK. Now think about it, anybody selling products on the Internet has to have a clue that this close to Christmas people must be ordering as gifts and want their order by Christmas. It is totally irresponsible to ship using the slowest possible method, without any tracking knowing this to be the case. So much for Amazon.com and their "free shipping" and making sure sellers that go through them are responsible sellers. It is January 9th and i still have not received my order. The last reply I had from Harleys International of UK was on 12/29 when they said if I had not received my order by the end of the week they would refund. I have tried twice to contact them for my refund and they have stopped answering my emails.
I would never buy from this seller! I hope I can save someone the trouble.
