Processed Credit Card Charge Cannot be Located

Ordered a smoking jacket unable to locate company, by e-mail, phone etc. They charged my credit card account, listed a cell phone number for Jason Rivera of 407-879-3674 on the report. Unable to get a response from the e-mail, cell phone etc. Then I start searching and find a similar ripoff report posted right around the time I ordered the smoking jacket, It is hard enough to find that perfect gift for someone special but to think that people intentionally set up fake companies to rip people off is horrible.
