This company and it's director/owner Qamar Zaman is a fraud. He has caused this company grave business issues. As a result of Qamar Zaman and his many names of his business: Itwebwerks, Itwebworks, Cherrys Marketing, Dallas Web design and so on our business has lost US$3000 per day because he was paid handsomely thousands of dollars to design a website called www.properties. Ky. His services were also engaged for monthly maintenance of the site and periodic upgrades as and when needed. Qamar Zaman was requested to provide the code for the website design which is what all web designers do once they are paid in full as Qamar Zaman was. He provides the code on a CD only after numerious threats were made by legal counsel and the company itself who owns the website. The CD was sent and it was unuseable. He has ignored all requests thereafter.
We conducted investigations into this company and found that they are operating under a cloud of fraud and deception. It is a one man show namely Qamar Zaman and he is ripping many people off. If you are looking for a web designer that promises so much on their website they way Qamar Zaman puts on his we highly suggest that you look elsewhere. He is a rip off. How we know, we are one of his many victims. His company is nothing but fraud, he takes your money and promises you the world and never delivers.
If he happens to deliver you something eventually it will malfunction on the website becuase of the corrupt files he places on the site and then tells you it is going to cost you another arm and possible two legs to fix it. Do not trust this man or anyone who represents him. He defrauds his employees when he do hire any of them and works them to the core and promises to pay them. We know this first hand too.
Everyone has to live and make life better for themselves, but this man Qamar Zaman and his many many fradulent companies are a ripoff. He uses the names of many businesses to claim his fame but he has stepped on many along the way and rip them off in the process. We have been ripped off and extremely so. IF you live in the United States of America it might be easier for you to fight him but we are in the Cayman Islands and all we can do is have him arrested when he returns to our shores, and he no longer has to do that if he don't want to. The Cayman Islands Authorities have him now registered as a 'persona non gratis' hopefully this will remain in effect for the remainder of his life. We also hope that this will be the protection the people of the Cayman Islands will have from this man who has cheated and ripped off so many on this island with his outrageous pricing and web design business who steals their website codes and sells them to other businesses after you have paid for them and then sends you a corrupt cd with files for the website that cannot be used or are for other persons websites that have no relevance to yours. This is the so called professionalism of Qamar Zaman and his companies. You have all been warned - now take heed and stay far from him.
