Sells worthless software often as a hook to scam customer, Offers NO REFUND and direct way to request for one, operates several scam billing-only websites Foerign City

My sytem was attack one evening and the free Adobe Acrobat program was gone completly as I was about to read an impotant. Pdf document. So I searched the web for free download. When I finally found one, it re-routed me to this scam site. Once ther, the closest to "free" Acrobate was actually 3-year download contract for $9.95 per year. I was surprised that I have to pay for the free pdf file reader but since the amout wasn't that much, I thought let me provide the requested information now but i can still change my mind when the bill is presented for payment. To my surprise, as soon as I clicked the next button, the system informed me that my credit card has been billed for $47.73. How could that happen? I then quickly reached for "contact" to notify the customer service that there was a big mistake and my card shouldn't be billed and that I have absolutly no intention of getting a product from the company.

Almost immediatly, I got a transaction notice from [email protected]. No mention of the company the supposedly selling ht e "free" software. After several hours of research and help from my bank, ib-softwares.com was identified as the scammer behind the fraudulent transaction. Even ib-software is not a functional website. Both 888-846-9586 and the marketbill.com provide scripted auto-generated response to all inquiries on a transaction.in my case I really wanted to know how 9.95 x 3 = 47.73; why the website did not allow me opportunity to review the the product and total amount before billing my credit card; why the company refuses to cancel the transaction even though i have requested it be cancelled instantaneously; if the company has a 7-day cancellation policy as it claims, why was my order cancelled as i've request?
