Qamar Zaman the owner and operator of itwebwerks, dallas web design company was paid in 2002 to design and create a website. The website codes was always promised that they would be delivered but despite numerous requests they were never sent to the owner properties. Ky/Island Rental Services, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Qamar Zaman and his companies do not own these codes and has caused financial strain on the company after providing poor website management services which resulted in Bluehost.com the hosting company removing the website from their hosting service because it was too big and Qamar Zaman knew this and did not make this information privy to properties. Ky/Island Rental Services and they now have to hire a new company to redesign the website they paid Qamar Zaman thousands of US dollars to design and enhance over the years from 2007. Qamar Zaman agrees to send to send the codes and acknowledges he does not own them for the website properties. Ky and still after numerous requests in writing he will not send them. We find his actions unprofessional, and he has placed the website www.properties. Ky in limbo and has costed the business Island Rental Services thousands of US Dollars per day in loss revenue.
He took the vulnerability of a single professional female who was starting a business and naive to the business of web design and hosting and abused his position. He is holding the businesses website code hostage and he does not own this code an he has been paid in full for the services provided to develope, design and management the website on a monthly basis which his last monthly rate was US$400 per month. He has ripped off the Company and taken the the owners for a ride with his selfish and unprofessional actions. He has delayed sending the codes for the site and everyday the website is down it is causing the company to loose money. I want the world to know about this company and their hostage mentality. We have receipts for all payments as well. Qamar Zaman maintains bank accounts in the Cayman Islands to avoid paying taxes in the US. He flys to the Cayman Islands every few months collects the money and does not declare it in the US. Do not trust this man or any of his businesses.
