Qamar will say that he has built you a site when he realyy copie it from someone else. When you want to stop doing business with him he will spam your email and will not give you the passwords to your site that you paid for.
He will then go to your competitor and give them all of your information to place them ahead of you and charge them even more money than he charged you. A very good scam.
Qamar will SEO several companies web sites in the same business aganist each other. A hugh conflict of intrest.
Don't use this Guy he will cheat his own mother out of a dime.
