This company allows 14 days from shipment date for return of product. They lie about shipment date. You need to verify shipment date by the USPS tracking number. The post office will verify this for you.in two cases, I received product the next day after it was mailed - but they reported mailing up to 17 days earlier. This by itself should verify fraud. Be sure to follow their return policy. You cannot refuse product and get a refund.
