My husband and I purchased the Flash Menu Factory about a year ago and unlike other users it has worked for us. HOWEVER, our computer crashed and we need to download the program again and we e-mailed, left voice mails and never any responses. We use this program on our business website and needed it for future updates.
After many weeks of frustration my husband contacted the bank that processed the transaction. They were able to contact them after several attempts and the bank sent us the link to download. NOT EPINOISIS!
Unfortunately, our computer has another hard drive issue and the program needs to be downloaded again. We have tried again to contact to no avail. We advised them that we are willing to pay more just to have the discs sent to us so we do not have to deal with them anymore.
So we are now out $100 and will most likely have to purchase another program.
BEWARE of this company! They will NEVER contact you no matter what. If anyone has any ideas how to remedy this situation please let me know.
