Only works in Demo Internet

Falsh Menu Factory only works in Demo. For Most that have purchased
the software neither the Lite or Pro Version Loads Up, No matter how many times you reload and Follow the FAQ.
They will never respond to any emails or voice messages.
Save your Money and purchase something else from this company.
I don't get it! This is a really great product for flash menus, they must
have spent a great deal of time and money to develop, but will only work in Demo Mode???
