Ripoff, fraudulent billing, I've paid to download program and it doesnt work. I've tried to get a refund, but the e-mail won't go through

I have downloaded this program and it doesn't work. I have a 7 day trial for a refund. When I've tried to contact company via e-mail, it won't go through.

I have even tried to download an alternate program "Limewire". When I purchased this program, I relinked me with the same program listed above.

Now I have been charged twice for the same service that doesn't work. I would like my money back.
