I know I have learned something this time...
I just purchased an IPod. I am 47 and not to tech smart. Did some internet searching on downloading music and found several sites with reviews.
After reading numerous reviews on Feedmyipods and seeing so many recomendations I gave it a try. Paid my money ($38) and away we go. I downloaded the software (it was limewire) and watched all of the turotials required and followed all instructions. Thats as far as I can get. When I try to access the site I keep getting sent to the tutorials/download section. I can't get to anything else. Thought I may have done something wrong so I started all over again this time I had someone else do it for me.
Still the same problem.
The so called tech support that is available 24/7 is a joke. These people are not around. I have sent several e-mails asking for help to no avail. Nobody will answer them and there is no phone # to call. Now i guess I get to see if the money back gaurantee is real (probably not). I will be filing a comlaint with Paypal and the payment processing center (clikbank) to try to get my money back.
