I am a real estate broker and have received countless bad leads, phony names, no phone numbers, etc from justlisted.com-housevalues.com, after numerous complaints nothing changes.in their contract, it states that they will replace the bad leads and make every effort to check all leads.
Not true. I requested to cancel my contract and they threatened to charge me an early termination 50% of the total contract fee. Also, after disputing the charges with American Express they (housevalues.com) have been successful in continuing to bill.
I finally cancelled my credit card and was told that it may not be enough to keep them from continuing to bill me. Housevalues is a scam and does not keep their end of the contract. Most leads provided are incomplete most with no phone numbers or real names (jackass, john doe, xxxxYZ, etc.
There are many complaints about this company and their shady business practices do not fall victim to their scam. If some already has an attorney working on doing a class action lawsuit please call me I would like to join in.
