Feedmyipods.com promised to be everything it was not. They were supposed to have tech support and do not. Their downloading site was actually limewire! I paid almost 40 dollars for something that I could have gotten for free. I read great reviews about being able to find any movie or song I wanted I found none. I wrote the company an email telling tham I had not downloaded a single thing with their product and having only purchased it a couple days before would like a refund.
I have wrote over ten emails and have still not gotten a response. All I get is a generic reply saying someone will contact me shortly. I have already deleted their Rocket program off my computer and I feel as though I have given them forty dollars for nothing. I can not seem to find a phone number or any other way to contact the company.
I wonder how many other people are out there getting scammed. I do not want to give up on the attempt to get my money back. If anyone has any information on how to contact the company please email me at, (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
