I received a charge on my AT&T phone bill from ESBI for a service that I did not purchase, order or even inquire about. I never even knww what the service was for until I called them, and the fourth person I talked to finally told me what it was for, they have cancelled the service (of which I NEVER ordered) but are refusing to credit my phone bill for the charges of 15.85, I am disputing it with them and the phone company.
I know that I spoke with 3 different supervisors and they all insisted that I ordered this serviced over the internet — come to find out it was an 1-800 number, of which I have never used, or even known about — they told me there is no way for them to track if the service was used or not, they said all they have is an name and address that was submitted online — they say a confirmation was sent to my email, however, I never recieved any confirmation, if I had, I would've inquired about it immediately. Every supervisor I talked to was rude and said that I made this purchase, when I did not.
It sickens me to know end to find a company that will just charge you because they said they recieved something over the internet but have no way of knowing if the service was ever utilized.
