Still waiting for an unlock key. Ripoff

I purchased this product last night and immediately received a payment confirmation, but no unlock Key. I sent them an email and am still waiting. I think I should contact my credit card company and stop the payment.

Does anyone have a suggestion on a good and reputable registry cleaner?
