While researching ways to clean and speed up my system, I ran across XPMedic.com. I read about the product and took advantage of the free download, to evaluate before purchasing the unlock key.
After evaluating as much as one can on the free download, I determined that the purchase price of $34.95 was resonable for the unlock key.
I received my unlock key and the program opened up. I had no problems, with my computer for the rest of the evening (I had run a full Norton360 scan before and after the download and all reports came back clean).
However, after turning off the computer, for the night, and then turning it on, the next day, my computer became stuck in an error loop. You cannot get past the Manufacturer logo (cannot get to Windows login page).
I have tried everything I know how to do, but to no avail. I am now going to take it to an expert and hope that they can repair/recover my computer.
In addition, I have filed a complaint with Paypal and I am going to put a stop payment on the credit card.
In the process of gathering the information I needed to file the Paypal complaint, I found this site and the reports, of others, who have had problems. I would never have purchased this product if I had found out this information before!
