XP Medic, Post Media Network
XP Medic Ordered and paid for product, unlock code did not work, multiple emails to the support center have gone unanswered. I requested a refund and this likewise has not been responded to

I ordered and paid for the product in order to get an unlock key. Payment was confirmed through paypal. The unlock key did not work and returned an "invalid serial number" message. I contacted the company through their support center that advertises 24/7 support with no response from the company. I have attempted to contact the company through the support email system twice and have had no response. I sent an email requesting a refund to [email protected] which was the address generated from the www.xpmedic.com website for support and [email protected] that was on the paypal receipt with no response.
