I opened an account with the said company in April and closed it the following month. I even have the cancellation number they gave me which is GC338988. I write this report because they still bill me $49.95 on the 27th of every month.
So far I have been billed three months namely May, June and July.
I have tried countless times to call and draw their attention to this but each time I call, and this is the same number I called to cancel which is their customer service, I get someone who transfers me to billing department where I will be indefinitely placed on hold.
I have on all occasions been placed on hold for upwards of 20 minutes at which point I'd hang up. The last time I called, after being placed on hold as usual, I hung up and called back where I told the customer service agent my experiences and left my name and number to be called back.
Until this moment, I have not received any calls.
