My husband and I contracted service in April. After numerous calls to customer service we finally recieved our first bill in July. This bill was for April, May, and June, with detailed billing only for the one month. One bill was $500. The access was only 29.99/month. I have been requested detailed billing on those months, and have yet to receive them, yet they want me to pay them. Since then, I have recieved a bill about every other month, with billing for 3 months, each with only one month of detailed billing. I have been unable to set up the voicemail on the phones, and have been unable to get customer service to help me. After speaking to a rep (which took 2 weeks to reach, calling every day, for that period) I was given another number to call for technical service. I called that number, and was told that they couldn't help me, that customer service should have helped me. So at this point is January I am still unable to use my voicemail, get a monthly bill with detailed billing, or get thru to customer service without making 15 phone calls. The only number that you can seem to get thru to is their collections department, and they can't do anything except discuss your payment arrangements. I'm sure that they are only estimating those bills, due to fact that when you do get to talk to someone, they just tell you pay the access fee for the month, because their billing system has been having some problems. Yet after paying more than the access charge for each month, I am receiving collection calls for the amounts of the bills that I am disputing, and still have not received the detailed billing that should have been included with my bill in the first place. I think that Worldcom Wireless is taking America for a ride. So do yourself a favor, and don't get on their boat.
