I made a purchase and when I sent funds, I used a different e-mail address then the seller wanted, he contacted me with the correct address and refused the original funds.
Paypal shows the transaction canceled but has refused to give up my money stating that they needed to get the funds from the bank???
The seller never accepted the funds, the funds were withdrawn from my bank account, now I don't have the money, the seller doesn't have the money and my bank doesn't have my money, that leaves Paypal as the one who has my money. This is theft, it doesn't take more then a day or two at the very most for electronic transactions to clear!
They have earned a very shady reputation with sellers and now they are turning on buyer now
