I CANCELLED MY Rhapsody early this year. I watched my credit card because I don't trust them and haven't for 20 yrs but stayed on because I love rhapsody. But once I got cancelled it was so diffulclut speaking to a person who barely understands English and kept talking over me we finally got it cancelled and confirmed! 4 months later I, m billed again!
I asked them why and the said Ihave been on a free trial. They are worse than AOL who did the same when I cancelled. They had my phone no and converted credit card to phone. It was hundreds of dollars before I caught it, Bell souht got it all back instantly when AOL said bugg off. AOL lost the class action law suit for this practice and made restitution in the millions. I don't see how REALONE has gotten away with it for so long!
