In November I purchased one song from Rhapsody.in doing so, I inadvertently signed up for the monthly free downloads and was charged $13.00 dollars a month. I learned about it last week and Rhapsody terminated my account.
I explained to customer service what happened and that I never downloaded any music over the 13 months and requested a refund. The Rhapsody supervisor adamantly refused.
The public needs to be warned about Rhapsody's deceptive business practices.
