V2premier, Shop NBc ripoff consumer fraud

Was riped off by v2premier and shop nbc network.

I have had nothing but trouble with this conputer in the 7 months I have had it. I have run the recovery program at least 5 times and I still have the same problems.

I have to call them every other day and get the same answer. Thay are so rude. Today I spoke to Melody # 77 she was very rude just like all the rest. I could go on for hours. Please tell me what we can do. Thanks.
