Like all of you, i've had similiar problems. But at least this computer has saved 1/2 the programs it came with after one total crash.
After reading all your horror stories about v2premier i'm afraid to send my tower in to them. The last tech that came to my home said the processor was bad. Send in your tower!!! Don't think so!

Like all of you, shop nbc has been silent v2premier or viscom do not answer your e-mails.
And do the tech support team speak english? Or are they all from the middle east. {terrorists? } this could be their next act of terrorism
