Have proof of purchase on extended warranty, yet no one can find. Still waiting to hear
Like all the reports I have read on V2Premier. I too have had similar problems. For instance, the computer crashing not long after I received it new. Then spending many days and hours on the phone with technicians trying to resolve this problem which only resulted in having a technician come three times to repair.
Now that one problem that I have had for a year since I purchased it has been resolved I now find that the modem has gone. Now they tell me the manufacturers warranty does not cover that since that has nothing to do with the first problem I now would have to call in my extended warranty.
Well guess what. Nobody seems to know where it is? Yet i sit with a receipt that shows i purchased it, but have i heard anything. Nothing. I have american express checking into it, since that is what i purchased it with.
And yes they are rude and nasty when you call that goes for shop nbc and v2premier. Shop nbc is impossible to get a hold of. I had to call the order number and insist to speak with a supervisor, regarding the above. They just yeahed me to death. I am still waiting shopnbc...
Oh and by the way v2premier is sold to you as a new computer when it is only refurbished. And that is a fact. Shopnbc should be ashamed of associating their name with v2premier, but who knows, maybe they are getting something in return.
