Ripped Me off for $159.59 and Mad About It

I applied on line for a cash advance loan and was directed to a prepaid debit site, I have a debit card and did not need a debit card, so I checked no and they proceeded to continue with the cash advance site. The long and short of it I have no over night cash advance nor to I have a prepaid debit cart that I did not order. So, I am out of $159.59. I can no longer accsess their site. My attempts produce an error message and the site lists a contact person but the catch is they never gave a contact name. Please Help.
