They debit money from a different account after they got my new account number off line

They told me i got a cash advance from them 4 years ago and they said they tried to contact me. Recently i had applied for a cash advance online. So what Mr. Mitchell said which he was very rude kept trying to hang up on me and was very professional when i asked why did they take money out of my new account which they stole off the internet took the 320 bucks out without me even autherizing it was they will take money out over and over again and there was nothing i could do about it.

What they did when i applied with someone else was get my social my new account information and direct debited the funds without me even knowing. I didn't think i could do that because even though they think i owe them thats still stealing my account number and making an unautherized debit. He also said any account that i have they will take money out of if they want to.

To top it off they then sent me an e mail later on that said that they could not give me a loan which i never applied with them. He was very rude then when i told him that i was recording the call he wanted to hear it but he toned his voice down which i did report him! No professional has ever spoken to me this way and i am shocked that they could try to get away with it and i'm not going to let him!
