Quick Payroll Advance, EDP Reporting LLC, E Debit Pay, LLC, Marc Harris, Libbie Alessi, Valeska Rodrigz ripoff, unauthorized debit of my account, fraud, dishonest, misleading, illegal, must be stopped Universal City, N. Hollywood

I was checking my e-mail and read where I could apply for an advance loan, (I have done it several times before) and figured I would try for it to pay some bills. The site seemed ok to me, but upon completing the loan nothing happened. I assumed that it did not go through. 3 days later a debit of 159.95 appeared on my on-line statement, and after calling my bank and other attempts, I finally figured that this charge originated from the cash advance website. After going over the website, I had to begin the application process in order to find out just how this happened. I found that this Company redirects your application to their pre-paid debit card, and it encourages you to hit continue in order to get your advance loan. After you hit continue, your information has been entered, and there is no back button. You can't get in touch with anyone before the so-called cancellation period. And then it is only by e-mail. They allow you to reach them in steps. The first two days, you can call, but can't leave a message, it being after hours and all. Then they tell you that you can do live chat, but that never worked, it always sends you back to e-mail. To make a long story short, they finally tell you that when you hit submit you authorized them to debit your card, even though you are not in the market for a prepaid card, or if you want one or not. They keep your money, and when you complain they don't even send the card, which by the way is of no value until you put money into it! These people have no shame and are very dishonest, that if it happens to you, go straight to the authorities, becaude they have no intention of giving you back your money and are out there cheating others out of their money.
