I put in for a cash loan only. They debit my account for a prepaid credit card that did not have permission. They have not replied to my email my off line messages and i have not been able to contact them by telephone and live chat nothing. Ripoff

I put in for a small loan. I received an email that i was approved for the loan. The very next day they debit my account for 159.95 for a prepaid credit card. When asked if i would like to apply for a prepaid credit card i marked the no box. If i had money for an prepaid credit card i would not have need the loan. To make a loan story short they rip me off for my money that caused me to be in the negative with my bank. I have emailed these people i called these people and i left an off line message. No one has contact me i even tried there live chat operator nothing. I don't know what else to do. Could you please give me some advice on how to handle the situation.
