I signed up for BMG Direct music and when I checked my credit card account this month, I saw that I was billed (and it was set up to reoccur each month) $11.99 for a service from Greatfun.com.
I recitifed the situation with Greatfun but when I called BMG to complain, the supervisor I spoke with blamed me for checking a box in the subscription agreement with BMG Direct. All I wanted was music, not some cheap discount servicce for tickets!
Needless to say, i am glad i watch my account, but BMG should take some responsibility for this cheap business practice!
