I ordered a coat for $150. Paid an extra $25 for 2 day shipping. Received it 12 days later!!! Refused the order. Sent it back via UPS. They have had it for TWO weeks and STILL have not credited my credit card. Their phone does not accept messages. No one answers, EVER! And NONE of my 20 or so emails have been returned. I am now going to the bank for help. The worst internet experience ever! Don't shop with them, you'll be sorry!
