4/27/07 I "accidentally" ordered a debit-card by mistake (thinking it was just a credit card) and them after you hit ok it THEN shows you there was a fee of $159.95 ($59.95 not refundable) and I called not even 20 minutes later they refused to give it back to me - this is such bull. I filled out a return form that they faxed me, to atleast get $100 back and I faxed it almost 2 months ago. They confirmed receipt that they got it.

I still have not received my refund and when I email them and call them they tell me "we cannot issue you a refund because the charge is not showing it was received by the company" and they don't help any further - so what do I do? Sit here with my finger up my butt. This is beyond ridiculous. Obviously if the money was taken out, it is very easy to put it right back in. They had no problem taking the money out within 4 days, and since it was taken out - where did it go?

This is complete fraud and I'm not receiving any help from anyone. The keep telling me "allow the necessary time for procession" well that time is up and they still are of no help.
