Was looking at my A T & T phone bill, noticing it was higher than normal. Found a charge from Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. For $14.95. No where on the bill did it explain what this was for. Called the number for ESBI, it transferred me to Residence e-mail, apparently the company that ESBI was billing for. They claimed that my husband order some coupons, including one for $1000, on the internet. He talked to them, informing them that he never ordered this nor authorized them to bill us on our phone bill. He is not even on the phone bill, it is in my name only. They promised to reverse the charges, but told me that this may cross in the mail with the next months billing, and that I would have to call them back to have those charges reversed.in reading the responses here, I'm a little worried they will not keep their word. Thankfully, I have not paid the phone bill, and will not pay that part of it. I will call AT&T tomorrow (it is 11:00 P.M. And their billing office is closed) to make sure this is taken care of on their end and that no charges are to be added to my bill unless it is in writing from me.
