I was looking to purchase a tool box and saw an ad on craigslist for a Stainless Steel tool box for $500. I replied to ad and received an email a few days later and was told that the tool box was available and that it could purchase it from the website overstockchristmassales.com. I went to the website and placed the order and during checkout I was told that the first transaction has to be purchased using MoneyPak so I went to WALMART and purchased a MoneyPak for
$500 and entered the number on the back of the MoneyPak card on 12/17. I received an email from this website that payment had been accepted on 12/18. I received another email that my order status was "Preparation in progress" on 12/19. I received a final email from this website that item had shipped on 12/21 via FEDEX Ground. I never received anymore emails and there is no phone number or contact info for the company. I emailed customer service and asked what is the tracking number to my shippment and I have yet to receive a response. I called the number on the moneypak and filled a claim and was told that the MoneyPak is not intended to be used for online purchases but rather as a debt card. Beware!!!
