I ordered a magazine from NetMagazines.com in January and they immediately took my Visa payment and the magazine never arrived 3 months later. I contacted their customer service (on-line), and they said they would deliver in 2-4 weeks. You can't contact them by phone and the BBB has never heard of the company NetMagazines or NetVision Associates Inc. I really don't expect to get the magazine I ordered, but I would like to see this company get what's coming to them.
