Ripoff - No magazine delivery. It has been 5 months since payment!

I made 3 attempts to resolve this issue with NetMagazines.com. They realized my Kiplinger's Personal Finance subscription has not been started in June and then in July but still won't get it started.

I orderred this on a special discounted coupon and I believe they are trying to forfeit my order.

Please help!
